Studio Booking is based on 10 hours 8am - 6pm, unless otherwise approved by Grandview

1680 sqft of private shooting space

Capacity: 1 - 12 crew, additional temporary guests or talent may be approved on a case by case basis

Additional Fees

A one-time cleaning fee of $150 applies to all bookings.

Additional charges may apply for excessive use of air conditioning, heat, lighting, specialty equipment, or appliances, as well as any increase in local utility rates during your rental period.

Excessive trash removal will incur a fee of $150 per pickup.

Please return the studio to the same clean and orderly condition in which it was received by the end of your final shoot day. If additional cleaning is required, an excessive cleaning fee of $250 will be charged.

Overtime

We offer a 15 minute grace period after the last hour ends

After 15 minutes, another hour is charged

First two hours overtime: 1.5x hourly rate each

Additional hours overtime: 2x hourly rate each

Locked Studio Rate / Non-Consecutive Shoot Days

All equipment, props, surfaces, and any personal property must be removed from the studio at the end of the day if the studio is not rented the following day

If you’d like to keep all equipment and supplies in the studio on non-shoot days, a Locked Studio Fee may be required

Studio Holds and ConfirmatioNS

Studio dates can be held up to 6 months in advance without a deposit

In order to confirm, submit the signed Studio Rental Agreement and Credit Card Authorization Form. The total studio rental amount will be charged to the card as a deposit upon confirmation

All studio holds must be confirmed a minimum of 5 business days prior to the shoot

Cancellations & Refunds

Holds: no penalty

Confirmed shoots, more than 5 business days in advance: 50% refund per cancelled day

Confirmed shoots, less than 5 business days in advance: no refund

Rescheduling after confirmation is handled on a case by case basis

If Grandview Studio cancels one or all of a Client’s confirmed Rental Days for a reason within its control, the Client will be given either rescheduling priority or a full refund

Certificate of Insurance

Client will provide evidence of Commercial General Liability Insurance with limited of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate covering bodily injury and property damage liability arising out of Client’s use of the Premises.

This can be a combination of a primary general liability policy and umbrella liability policy

Client shall name the following as additional insured:

(a) Grandview Studio, LLC

Crew & Talent

A call sheet/contact list must be submitted to Grandview Studio at least 2 business days prior to the shoot

It must include the following info of all crew, clients, talent and temporary guests that will be on Grandview Studio property:

  • Name

  • Phone Number

  • Role

  • Email Address

No one is allowed in the studio that is not on the contact sheet. Separate contact sheets may be submitted for separate days. Minors and animals must have a dedicated supervisor/wrangler at all times. No animals are allowed on any portion of Grandview Studio’s property without prior approval.

Grandview Studio Rules

The studio must be cleaned and fully vacated by the end of the final shoot day.

All load-in and load-out activities must take place between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM on scheduled shoot days. Equipment may not be dropped off before the rental period or picked up after the shoot has concluded. Any items left behind may be subject to a storage fee. Grandview Studio will make reasonable efforts to contact the Client within two (2) business days regarding any items left behind. Items not retrieved within five (5) business days will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of at Grandview Studio's discretion.

Hazardous, illegal, or negligent activities, practices, or substances are strictly prohibited at all times during the rental period.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the studio and within 30 feet of any building entrance on Grandview Studio property.

Glitter and confetti are not permitted.

Trampolines are not permitted.

Studio props and surfaces are not food-safe and may not be used for food preparation, catering, or serving.

Grandview Studio staff may enter the studio at any time during the rental period for operational, maintenance, or safety purposes.

Studio rental fees are due upon booking confirmation. Utility Recovery Fees, overtime charges, and any additional fees for props or surfaces will be invoiced following the rental period.

Studio Booking & Timeline

6 MONTHS PRIOR TO SHOOT DATE

  • Shoot date becomes available to place on hold

  • You may confirm your shoot dates at any time, but Studio Rental Fees will be charged in full upon confirmation, and 50% of those fees will be non-refundable

5 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO SHOOT DATE

  • Studio Contract due

  • Credit Card Authorization Form due

  • Shoot dates must be fully confirmed

  • Studio Rental Fees will be charged in full (if they haven’t been already) and are now 100% non-refundable

  • Specialty equipment must be approved by Grandview Studio

2 BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO SHOOT DATE

  • Certificate of Insurance due

  • Contact/ Call Sheet due

  • Props & Surfaces may be pulled aside to hold

THE DAY BEFORE

  • Must confirm following days’ props as ‘A La Carte’ or ‘Unlimited’ to Grandview Studio staff
